Kristine Ware
Director, Monterey Bay Village

Kristine Ware, Director of Monterey Bay Village, joined The Carmel Foundation in 2016. She has a broad range of non-profit, public and private sector experience supporting education, healthcare, sales and human resources. She developed a special bond to the non-profit sector through her work experience as a Campaign Manager for Team in Training with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She continues to feel a deep compassion for enhancing lives in the local community.

With a B.A in Sociology and a minor in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from San Jose State University, Kristine brought her interpersonal and management skills as well as her passion for working with seniors in the community to The Carmel Foundation. Born and raised locally, the Monterey Peninsula is her home. She enjoys spending time with her husband, young son and dog and pursues travel adventures! She has volunteered for local organizations and feels very connected to the Village concept, enabling seniors to remain in their homes and live independently through a village of concierge services. Kristine is committed to enrich the lives of Monterey Bay seniors.
